Assets & Facilities Manager

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

£34,272 - £36,312 per annum subject to qualifications and experience

East Park has a long and distinguished history of providing education, care and support to children and young people with multiple disabilities since 1874.  Our school and residential services have evolved over this time and our purpose built state of the art facilities help us continuously improve our services and skills in working with children from across Scotland.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Assets & Facilities Manager to provide strategic leadership, management and direction across estates and all East Park environments, including fleet, domestics and maintenance. This includes being responsible for planning and executing rolling maintenance, capital projects and upgrades.

To encourage a more dedicated and accountable focus on the environmental services required across East Park to ensure delivery of a quality service to the young people in school and residences.

The remit will include line management of the maintenance and domestic teams as well as full responsibility for the vehicle fleet.

The role will report directly to the Business/HR Support Manager and will provide regular progress update reports directly to SMT and to the Board of Trustees as and when required.
