As a member of the Fundraising Standards Board, East Park has made a Fundraising Promise to demonstrate our commitment to honest, open, transparent and accountable fundraising so our supporters can give with confidence.

East Park aims to maintain a high standard in all of our work and welcomes feedback from our service users and supporters to help us to improve the service we offer in the future. We will take your feedback seriously and deal with it confidentially and promptly.

If you have any concerns about the way we fundraise you can contact us by phone, email or letter. To help us investigate and address all complaints, we ask you to provide us with as much information as possible.

We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. We will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 2 working days and respond to you within 5 working days.

If you do not feel we have resolved your concerns then please contact us again. We will review and investigate your complaint and respond to you within 10 working days.

Should you still not be satisfied with our response and wish to take your complaint further, a member of our Senior Management Team will further investigate your complaint and respond to you within 15 working days.

If you are unsatisfied with the way we handle your concerns, you can also contact the independent regulator, the Fundraising Standards Board.
