East Park is one of the leading providers of education and care to children and young people with additional support needs, particularly those on the autistic spectrum.
In 2009, it completed a £6million redevelopment of its school and residential facilities to enable it to provide the best quality services possible. The centrepiece of this redevelopment is its state of the art £4million campus on Maryhill Road in Glasgow.
To help support the organisation with this bright, new future we are looking for interested and motivated individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a non-executive member of the Board you’ll play a central role in supporting the provision of education and care services.
If you possess strategic vision, good independent judgement, and have the ability to work as part of a diverse team then we would like to hear from you.
We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have experience in:-
The Board meets monthly but the total time commitment may vary according to areas of interest of individual members. Although the role is non-remunerated, reasonable expenses will be reimbursed with training provided at no cost.
