East Park, a Grant Aided Special School in Glasgow, is a leading provider of specialist day and residential education services for children with complex needs, including Autism.
Position overview
This is fixed-term contract to March 2027, with the potential for extension.
East Park has provided Education and Supported Accommodation services to children and young people with additional support needs, including autism, since 1874. Our philosophy reflects current legislation, best practice and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- To support the functions of HR by providing high quality, efficient and effective advice, assistance, and administrative support throughout the full employee life-cycle.
- Effective maintenance of HR systems and paperwork.
- Provide HR support to line managers and colleagues in line with the organisations policies and procedures and employment law.
- Attend and support employee relations meetings, providing professional administrative and procedural support, including minute-taking and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices, helping to ensure an efficient, responsive, and customer-focused HR service.
- Assist managers throughout employee relations cases ensuring a best practice approach is followed and minute take at meetings.
- Progress the absence management process; analysing absence & arranging absence meetings, and recording return to work documents, sending reminders as required.
